David Turner, an evangelist and former businessman, has been revealed as the buyer of Tyler Perry's Atlanta, Georgia mega-mansion
The 34,668-square-foot estate - which was inspired by Versailles - sold two months ago for $17.5million - $7.5million less than the asking price
The home has infinity swimming pool, a lighted tennis court, a fully equipped gym, a spa, a theater and much more
It is the most expensive home to ever go on the market in Atlanta
Turner says he and Tyler Perry hashed out the deal face to face, settling on $17.5million - a whopping $7.5million less than the original asking price.
Despite the discount, the sale remains the most expensive in state history.
Turner says he has already moved into the palatial 34,668-square-foot home with his wife and two kids. They plan to use the home as their main residence.
He made his millions in producing nuts and dried fruit, eventually selling his two multi-million dollar companies SunTree Snack Foods and Southwest Commodities to focus on his Christian ministry, David Turner International Ministries.
The home has a resort-style infinity swimming pool, a lighted tennis court, a fully equipped gym, a spa, a theater, a hobby house, gardens, a caretakers suite and an underground ballroom.
