Call To Discernment

Calling Christians to Biblical Christianity. Christians must have discernment in all areas of life in this end time of deception, realizing also that American leadership of both political parties are leading us into the New World Order of the coming antichrist. Do not be conformed to this world. Rom. 12:2. Expose the deeds of darkness. Eph. 5:11. "He that is not zealous against error, is not likely to be zealous for truth." J.C. 9:36 AM - Worldwide Demand for Bibles Skyrocketing

Except in America where it at an all time low. It is interesting that the most loved verse worldwide by users of the following Bible app is evidently the most hated in America, as evidenced by the lives of most "Christians" and the churches they attend. Most America churches are conforming attendees to the patterns of this world rather than God's will for them.

Biblical Illiteracy in US at Crisis Point, Says Bible Expert

The monumentally popular YouVersion Bible app has officially topped 200 million installs across the globe, with developers announcing that the most popular verse in the app’s history is Romans 12:2.

That scripture, which is both the most read and shared, reads as follows: “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is — his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

Produced by Life.Church, an Oklahoma-based megachurch that has made a name for itself by streaming its services throughout the world, founders say that the tool is transforming lives, with increases of up to 1,886 percent in usage in places like Iran over the past two years.

“What God is doing through YouVersion is incredible — changing mobile devices into Bibles that people carry with them everywhere they go,” app creator and Life.Church pastor Bobby Gruenewald said in a statement. “As we see the magnitude of 200 million installs, what we’re really celebrating is what that number represents: countless moments of individuals transformed by their time in the Bible.”

Despite Persecution Wycliffe Bible Translators "Speechless" at Dramatic Breakthroughs Around the World

Wycliffe Associates, a global organization that involves people in the acceleration of Bible translation around the world, announced that it has launched or re-launched 203 translation projects worldwide in 2015. (Photo via ANS)

"We have seen dramatic breakthroughs like this all around the world this year," said Bruce Smith, president and CEO of Wycliffe Associates, speaking in a news release from Wycliffe.

He added, "I was exhilarated to witness God at work like this. We were stymied in our own power-yet when we prayed, when we acknowledged God's power, God opened the door."

The organization is currently engaged in a large effort called Vision 2025, a plan to have a Bible translation started for every language that needs it by 2025.

According to the news release, Vision 2025 is a worldwide endeavor that involves national Bible translators, translation consultants, volunteers, and financial donors.

Smith said, "If ever there was a time when Psalm 147:15 could be observed in 'real time,' this is it. 'His Word runs swiftly' the Scriptures say. I have found myself speechless, time and time again over the past several months, to see the fulfillment of Revelation 7:9—God's Word in every language—now, finally, truly within our reach."

The start of these new translation projects has not been easy. The organization has reported intense persecution of Bible translators in some areas, including a Bible translator in India who was dragged from his home in the middle of the night and shot 17 times.
