Call To Discernment

Calling Christians to Biblical Christianity. Christians must have discernment in all areas of life in this end time of deception, realizing also that American leadership of both political parties are leading us into the New World Order of the coming antichrist. Do not be conformed to this world. Rom. 12:2. Expose the deeds of darkness. Eph. 5:11. "He that is not zealous against error, is not likely to be zealous for truth." J.C. 6:33 PM - Laughter Really Is The Best Medicine

After lunch on Sunday's I usually rest and listen to part of Bob Edward's Weekend on NPR if anything worthy is on. This week Bob interviewed Carol Burnette who has written a book of memoirs. The interview had me in tears at times, it was so funny. Her TV show was never one of my favorites but it had it's good moments, especially with Tim Conway. I had to go on Youtube and once again watch the dentist skit he and Harvey Korman did on her show. It takes awhile to build but it's got to be one of the funniest moments ever on TV.

America seems to have lost a sense of humor, especially good, clean laughter. These days there are always people who cannot laugh at themselves and take offense at just about anything and others are afraid to ignore such self centered immature individuals. In these end times it's easy to let one's spirit be crushed but it's good to keep a joyful spirit because all this evil and insanity is so temporary. A good laugh now and then is so helpful to stay sane. Laughter is one of God's best gifts and in the next age when all evil is disposed of we will enjoy it to the fullest.

I have linked the Conway skit below. It was actually based on a real experience in his life.

A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.
